Nobody is here to swap tactics and trade referrals. The room works one problem at a time, out loud, with the person who owns it in the chair.
There is no curriculum you fall behind on. The work is the same identity and vision work I do privately, run in a group rhythm.
You will be encouraged. You will also be asked the question you have been avoiding. That is the point of the room.
A room only works if everyone gets the chair. The first cohort will be capped, and seats will go to people already on the list.
Identity is private 1:1 coaching for the individual leader. The Coaches Room is the group version of that work for people who want the room before the chair. Teams.Coach is where the work expands into companies and high-performing teams.
